Project Overview

At the beginning of 2023, Jettseat was experiencing rapid demand growth, and their team could not keep up with the volume of requests they were receiving. Their manual intake and service process was not scaling with the needs of their business.

Ventana was hired to evaluate their internal workflows and develop automations to make their agents more efficient. In a white-glove service industry, the solutions developed needed to improve internal process while maintaining the customer service standards that Jettseat demands.

Results

Ventana mapped all service delivery workflows for Jettseat, including request intake, quote delivery, flight contracting, and catering management.

We then identified areas for technology improvement in these workflows and added automations using Make.com, ChatGPT, and Google Workspace. All responses and contracts are generated and delivered to agents for review. This has tripled the number of clients each agent can serve and allows them to spend more time directly communicating with their clients.
