Through our journey of building multiple companies together, we've intimately experienced the critical role that IT and technology play in a growing organization. We've navigated the necessary growing pains of building apps, running software tools, vendor management, email administration, and device troubleshooting. These experiences taught us a valuable lesson: while essential, these tasks often divert a team's focus from their core mission - serving customers.
