Project Overview

We engaged with It's Bagels in May 2024 to re-build their website and Shopify store. Following that we were hired as their IT and development team.

We oversee and administer technical systems necessary for It's Bagels growth. This includes email management, POS, ROTA, newsletter delivery, and warehousing and shipping systems.

This lets the It's Bagels team focus on a great product and bring true NYC bagels to London.

Results

Our work with It's Bagels began with successful delivery of a new website and Shopify build for store merch.

Following this, we performed an IT audit of all software vendors used in their shops, and a plan to configure these systems for rapid growth. The team is opening their third location with more on the way.
